Warranties
At DDD'Vine Wine Rooms, Inc., we are committed to providing the highest level of service to all our customers. This means before, during, and after your sale. You can contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person at our New Jersey location. No matter which method you choose, our company representative will be concerned, knowledgeable, and helpful. Remember, as a company specializing in building wine cellars, we have used all of the products we sell in the stunning Wine Cellars we build. We share our experiences with you so you do it right the first time, and have a secure home for your wine.
The manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for as long as the customer may live. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, the manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Manufacturer with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
Refrigeration Systems
Limited Warranty OR Optional- 5 Year Warranty
Manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for twelve (12) months after the initial retail sale.
If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, the following procedure must be followed: Contact the service agent at (1-732-845-5084) and inform them of the problem. Then remove the products within twelve 12 months of the initial sale, and return item(s) to the manufacturer with shipping prepaid. Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the unit free of charge.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of the manufacturer with respect to its refrigeration systems and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. In no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Any modifications or unauthorized repair of a manufacturer's refrigeration unit shall void this warranty. |
If the customer opts to cancel an order and it is available to do. The customer will receive a 90% credit. The 10% cost will cover all credit card and managerial expenses that occurred during order processing.
