RETURN POLICY
Bronze Level (Wine Racks & Kits)
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
DDDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. will replace any parts damaged in shipping as rapidly as possible upon notification. (Normally 1-3 business days) replacement components will be reshipped via UPS or, Federal Express Economy Two Day Service based on location.
CRAFTSMANSHIP FLAWS
DDDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. will replace any components that have obvious flaws in craftsmanship. These flaws might include: split wood, broken wood, dented wood or rough wood. Due to the nature of the Country Pine Racks, knots are NOT an acceptable reason for return. Unless the knot may cause a structural problems.
ASSEMBLY PROBLEMS
If a problem occurs during assembly, please contact DDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. immediately. Examples of this may include: excessive splitting of material during assembly or any modifications that the customer may think are necessary. These kits are manufactured so that modification will not be necessary. Please Call Before You Cut!
DISCOLORATION
Because of the material being used, color variation will be prevalent. These racks are constructed of clear redwood, and pine.
Dissatisfaction of product because of color variation will result in only a portion of the original price being refunded. Any rack that has been assembled in any fashion does not qualify for any refund.
TO RETURN RACKS
Please call DDDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc., our representatives will arrange with the manufacture to have the racks picked up and returned. The rack must be packaged in the same packaging material it arrived in.
There is a 15% restocking fee for any rack being returned. The CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping charges to return any product back to the manufacturer.
Any product returned that has been partially assembled will receive no refund and the customer will be responsible for shipping.
FRAUD and MISREPRESENTATION
Unfortunately, we must recognize that claim abuse does occur. Therefore all claims are individually reviewed. In addition, dealer and customer claim history is also reviewed and analyzed. Claims, which are suspected of fraud, are investigated. Should fraud be determined, full prosecution will occur. It is or responsibility to perform this function in order to prevent higher cost as a result of program abuse.

RETURNS
The customer can not return Platinum, Gold, or Silver series. If material has craftsman defects (Look above at Craftsmanship flaws) please contact DDDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. immediately so that they can replace parts immediately.
CUSTOMER INSTALLS OR USE’S THEIR OWN INSTALLERS
DDDD'Vine Wine Room is not responsible for any mistakes or damages done to the wine cellar or homeowner's home. Homeowner accepts all responsibility when they hire a NON DDDD'Vine WINEROOM INSTALLER.The Homeowner and installers are responsible to read all directions. They are also responsible if they do not understand the directions. If Any questions occur they need to contact DDDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. to clarify any questions that they may have.

Racking System - Lifetime guarantee
Manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service. If the product is defective due to workmanship or material. Manufacture will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
