How to Order
HOW THE ORDER PROCESS WORKS
BRONZE LEVEL (Wine Racks & Kits) orders are to be paid in full at the time the order was placed. Bronze level lead-time is 7-10 working days and is drop shipped to address provided via UPS or FEDEX.
A 50% deposit is required for CUSTOM ORDERS which include our: (Platinum, Gold, and Silver Series). This payment will start production of your Wine Cellar and is payable via Visa, Master Card, Discover, and/or Check. We currently do not accept AMEX.
Upon receipt of deposit or payment in full, your order is put on our production schedule.
Within a few days after receipt of deposit, a Customer Sign Off form will be faxed or e-mailed to you (the customer) describing in detail the specifics concerning the wine racks and ship date. DDD'Vine Wine Rooms Inc. will need this form back, Signed, before any production begins on the order. Failure to get this form back quickly may result in your order being moved back in production. (This Customer Sign-Off sheet is nothing more than a confirmation that DDD'vine Wine Rooms is producing the correct Wine Cellar.)
A Final Balance is due before your order can be released. Please try to have the balance in a week prior to its schedule ship date, because sometimes they are completed early. Make sure that any specific shipping information i.e. address are included with final payment.
Upon receipt of your wine racks, Please inspect boxes and Bills of material immediately. If there appears to be any shipping damage, DDD'vine Wine Rooms Inc. will need to know within 5 working days so a claim and replacements can be sent immediately. Make sure any visible damage to package are noted with the delivery company before they leave,
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order carefully as to contents, condition, and verify you received the correct merchandise.
If the exterior of the box looks damaged, please let your courier know, so that he can report the damage by either phoning in the damage or writing it down on the waybill. Please carefully inspect the contents in the package. Please do not throw anything away. All of the original packaging must be held on to if a problem exists.
DDD'vine Wine Rooms Inc. may also require the customer to notify the shipping company to put in a damage complaint, the couriers may need to inspect the damaged material, so DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTION MANUALS BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CALL!
